Return and Refund Policy

At FlowInTone, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please review the following return and refund guidelines.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns on physical products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back before contacting us.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns. No restocking fee will be charged for returned products.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
You may keep any included digital bonuses, even if you return the physical product.

Non-Refundable Digital Products

Please note that our digital product — the 128Hz Body Tuning Guide — is non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of downloadable content are final.

Exchanges / Replacements

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.

Warranty Coverage

A 1-year warranty covers all FlowInTone tuning forks against manufacturing defects.

  • If your tuning fork develops a defect within one year of regular use, we will provide a free replacement.
  • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • To request a replacement, please contact our support team at info@flowintone.com with proof of purchase and a photo of the issue.

Cancellations (if applicable)

We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped. If the order is cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
